Report Abuse

Effective date: September 18, 2026

SimToNet does not permit spam, scams, phishing, smishing, vishing, impersonation, harassment, traffic manipulation, unauthorized account access, unlawful interception, or other illegal or abusive use of its Services. We review credible reports and may restrict a number or account while an investigation is in progress.

How to Submit a Report

Email [email protected] with the subject "Abuse Report". To help us identify and investigate the activity, include:

  • the SimToNet-related phone number in international format;
  • the date, time, and time zone of the call or message;
  • the sending and receiving numbers, if available;
  • a clear description of what occurred and why you believe it is abusive;
  • the message text, call details, relevant URLs, screenshots, or other supporting evidence;
  • whether you asked the sender to stop and whether further contact occurred; and
  • a safe email address where we can request additional information.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive personal data. You may redact unrelated information, but please preserve dates, times, phone numbers, and message context needed to investigate.

Urgent Threats and Emergencies

SimToNet support is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger or you need urgent law-enforcement assistance, contact the appropriate local emergency service first. You may then send us the relevant report and official reference number.

What Happens After a Report

Depending on the evidence and urgency, SimToNet may:

  • acknowledge the report or request additional information;
  • review account, number, traffic, message, call, login, and provider records;
  • temporarily restrict an account, number, feature, or API credential;
  • require identity, consent, or intended-use evidence from the customer;
  • remove a number, suspend or terminate an account, or deny further service;
  • notify or cooperate with an upstream provider, carrier, affected service, regulator, court, or law-enforcement authority; or
  • preserve relevant records when legally required or reasonably necessary for an investigation.

To protect privacy, security, and the integrity of an investigation, we may not be able to disclose customer information, internal findings, provider communications, or every action taken. Submitting a report does not create a right to confidential account data or a particular outcome.

Reports from Carriers, Providers, and Authorities

Telecommunications providers, online services, regulators, and law-enforcement authorities should email [email protected] using an official organizational email address and include the relevant number, time range, legal or provider reference, requested preservation period, and a contact person. We may request verification before disclosing any information.

Good-Faith Reports

Reports must be truthful and submitted in good faith. Do not use the abuse process to harass another person, make knowingly false accusations, obtain confidential data, or interfere with legitimate service. False or abusive reports may themselves violate our policies or applicable law.
