SimToNet does not permit spam, scams, phishing, smishing, vishing, impersonation, harassment, traffic manipulation, unauthorized account access, unlawful interception, or other illegal or abusive use of its Services. We review credible reports and may restrict a number or account while an investigation is in progress.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive personal data. You may redact unrelated information, but please preserve dates, times, phone numbers, and message context needed to investigate.
SimToNet support is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger or you need urgent law-enforcement assistance, contact the appropriate local emergency service first. You may then send us the relevant report and official reference number.

To protect privacy, security, and the integrity of an investigation, we may not be able to disclose customer information, internal findings, provider communications, or every action taken. Submitting a report does not create a right to confidential account data or a particular outcome.
Telecommunications providers, online services, regulators, and law-enforcement authorities should email [email protected] using an official organizational email address and include the relevant number, time range, legal or provider reference, requested preservation period, and a contact person. We may request verification before disclosing any information.
Reports must be truthful and submitted in good faith. Do not use the abuse process to harass another person, make knowingly false accusations, obtain confidential data, or interfere with legitimate service. False or abusive reports may themselves violate our policies or applicable law.
