This Privacy Policy explains how SimToNet ("SimToNet," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 104 Mai Thi Luu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal data when you visit simtonet.com or use our virtual phone-number, messaging, voice, API, payment, account, and support services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Scope

This Policy applies to website visitors, account holders, customers, authorized users, and individuals whose information is processed through the Services. It does not govern independent third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

Account and contact information

We may collect your email address, username, password hash, profile information, support correspondence, account status, and records showing when you accepted our legal policies.

Identity, business, and compliance information

When required for verification or telecommunications compliance, we may collect your legal name, date of birth, address, telephone number, government identification, proof of address, business name, registration details, authorized-representative information, beneficial-owner information, intended use case, and related supporting documents. This information may be requested and received through email.

Payment and transaction information

Payment providers may collect additional financial information directly under their own privacy policies. SimToNet does not necessarily receive or store full payment-card or wallet credentials.

To provide the Services, we may process assigned phone numbers, sender and recipient numbers, message or voicemail content, call or message direction, timestamps, duration, delivery and routing information, provider identifiers, country, capabilities, and other communications metadata. Communications may contain personal data supplied by you or by another sender.

Technical and usage information

We may collect IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring page, pages visited, login time, session information, API requests, error records, security events, activity logs, cookie identifiers, and approximate location inferred from an IP address.

Fraud, abuse, and complaint information

We may collect complaint details, carrier reports, risk indicators, suspected-abuse patterns, investigation records, block or suspension status, and evidence reasonably needed to prevent, investigate, or respond to unlawful or prohibited activity.

SimToNet does not claim ownership of your communications. We and our telecommunications providers may transmit, store, filter, or review communications content and metadata when needed to provide the Services, troubleshoot delivery, protect network integrity, investigate a complaint, detect prohibited activity, comply with provider rules, or meet a legal obligation.

You are responsible for providing legally required privacy notices and obtaining any consent needed from the people with whom you communicate. Do not use the Services for confidential, regulated, or sensitive communications unless you have determined that the Services and your use provide all safeguards required by law.

6. How We Share Information

We may disclose personal data to:

  • telecommunications carriers, number providers, routing platforms, and communications-service providers;
  • hosting, security, analytics, email, support, KYC, and other technology providers;
  • payment processors and financial-service providers involved in your transaction;

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You must protect your password and API credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected].

You may also unsubscribe from promotional email using the provided unsubscribe method.
